Setting the time zone for a cluster
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Cluster hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, click Configuration > System Tools > DateTime.
4.
Click Edit.
5.
Select the time zone.
6.
If you want to use the NTP service, select Enable NTP service and add the time server.
This option is not displayed for storage systems running Data ONTAP 8.2.
7.
Click OK.
8.
Verify the changes you made to the date and time settings in the DateTime window.
